Die Provinz La Spezia ist eine Provinz im Osten der italienischen Region Ligurien. Neben der Hauptstadt La Spezia sind Lerici, Porto Venere und Sarzana die wichtigsten Städte. Ein bekanntes Urlaubsziel ist die an der gebirgigen Mittelmeerküste der Provinz gelegene Cinque Terre.
