Die Medizinische Fakultät St George’s (voller Name: St George’s, Universität London bzw. in englischer Sprache: St George’s, University of London (SGUL)) ist die Medizinische Fakultät der Universität London.
Die Fakultät wurde im Jahre 1733 gegründet und war nach Oxford die zweite Fakultät Großbritanniens, welche Medizinstudenten ausbildete. Bis August 2005 nannte sie sich St George’s hospital medical school (SGHMS). Heute befindet sich St. George’s im Londoner Stadtteil Tooting im Süden Londons. Angeschlossen ist ein NHS Trust, so dass die Studenten früh die Möglichkeit erhalten, klinisch zu arbeiten.
